Coconut oil and milk in coffeeYoghurt with whipped cream CLO and few berries as a smoothieChicken stir-fry .... yes that spicy Mexican one, with mushrooms.Jelly whip.Peanut butter choc fat bombalmonds. About 1050 calRatio 7% carb:14% protein:79% fatHappy with that. Just wish the scales would respond faster.
